Rockstar is the scene for pets who have always operated at a higher volume than everything around them. Your pet in a custom leather jacket with tour patches, a signature guitar in hand (or paw), stage-light haze behind — painted in Cinematic or Pop Art. The jacket is original design (no real band merch), the guitar is a Les Paul–style silhouette, and the stage lights are that specific warm-amber back-glow that makes every rock photo look eternal.
Rockstar is our most popular scene for black cats, French Bulldogs, and any pet whose owner has used the phrase "they have main character energy."
What Rockstar looks like
Head-and-shoulders or half-body portrait. Custom leather jacket with tour patches and embroidered details (the patches read as atmosphere, not as legible band names). Electric guitar — Les Paul silhouette, sunburst finish — held at the hip or neck. Stage lights: warm amber backlight, haze machine, a hint of crowd in the extreme background. The pet's real expression preserved — the rockstar is not performing for you; you're lucky to be in the room.
Which pets look best as Rockstar
- French BulldogsShort, compact, completely self-assured. The leather jacket fits the silhouette the way it fits a certain type of actual rockstar.
- Cats (any breed)The cat's natural disinterest in your reaction is the rockstar default. Every cat already has this energy; the jacket just makes it official.
- DachshundsLow to the ground, total conviction, not interested in feedback. The Dachshund rockstar is a cult artist with a devoted audience.
Recommended pairings
Rockstar defaults to Cinematic (Rolling Stone cover — our recommendation) but also lands hard in Pop Art for a Warhol-Factory-era register, or Charcoal for a classic rock-photography-as-drawing feel. For a glam-rock take try Comic Book.

Common questions
- Can I request a specific instrument instead of a guitar?
- Yes — bass guitar, keyboard, and drums are all possible. Add the instrument to the checkout note. Drums work as a partial kit visible in the background rather than held by the pet. Keyboard works best with a sitting pose.
- Can I request a specific band's tour jacket design?
- We can do jacket patches that reference a genre or era without copying a specific band's trademarked imagery. If you have a specific aesthetic in mind (70s arena rock, 90s grunge, 80s metal), describe it in the checkout note and we'll match the register.
- Will the stage lights look like a real concert?
- The default is a classic warm-amber backlight haze — the look of a major venue at the peak moment of the set. For specific lighting requests (blue-and-white, strobe effect, daylight outdoor festival), add it to the checkout note.
